Utrg UAB has temporarily suspended the provision of crypto-asset services in order to ensure full alignment with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA). During this period, Utrg UAB does not provide any crypto-asset services as defined in MiCA and does not carry out activities listed in Annex IV of the Regulation. Utrg UAB intends to resume the provision of crypto-asset services only after obtaining the relevant authorisation from the Bank of Lithuania. This decision has been taken as part of a compliance-driven transition process and to ensure continued regulatory certainty and protection of clients.
